All donations are utilized for web-site expenses, and to help those families and inmates who are indigent. You may request donation to be used for a certain family or inmate, or you may donate and we will select the most needy. Thank you for caring and sharing. I was sick and you took care of me."  Won't you help cloth, feed, visit, and take care of those who need it the most?

If you're not sure about something that relates to you or a family member or friend who is incarcerated we will research the subject for you.E-Mail us first. We will give you results fast.

 E-Mail us and we will research and copy DOC Ops and/or Proceedures that pertain to your question. There are books upon books of ops in the DOC law library that take careful search, reading, and interpretation to understand. We will do the workand send you copies for donations.

Don't know your rights and responsibilities as they pertain to incarceration? Let us do the research and we will copy and mail to you what matters the most when you need it. Need an answer quickly? We will answer your serious questions with the right answer. We can do research on your question.

We are compiling a shoe-box for prison poems, or other writings. These will be compiled, published and a large portion of the proceeds will go towards helping those who are incarcerated or their families, or both. All poems will remain the property of Heaven's Tree.

There are services we offer free of charge because we feel that supplying the service is too important to charge for. Some of the finer things in life are still free. At least, from our stand point they are. Mentoring can mean the difference between going to prison and being miserable or being free and happy. If you know some one who may benefit from experienced people who have come from not so good backgrounds, but are well on their way to success, joy, and lasting freedom, then let us help. We are here for those who just need a little encouragement and answers in their life.

Some of the flutes or leather goods for sale are hand made by addicts, ex-offenders, and/or just plane talented people involved in the life of others. Share a part of yourself with others today. Funding of this web-site is done through donations only. After costs, the rest of the donations will go towards the muchly needed items that some inmate's families cannot afford. You will be serving both the incarcerated and their families by donating.

We do taxes for the families of Chickasaw Citizens who are incarcerated. Federal taxes done free to those who qualify. State taxes done for around $20.oo. Taxes done on-line. If you have a checking account and choose direct deposit, returns are swift.
